what are the xtra mods taht i can do to help flow more air?? any instructions?? any mistakes??

does it help with gas milage?

it does help with gas mileage by about 1-2MPG. but i dont understand your question, are you looking for a volant or do you already have a vollant and want to clean it?

i think you can cut a piece out of the front of the volant (side towards the headlight/front of the car). Cut out a whole the size of the filter..
this MAY help, not definite.
my volant is still in the mail -- i gotta install it probably late this week.

yup, cut a hole in the front, and cut a hole in the splash guard behind the head light. remove the plastic cover on the drivers side of the front bumper in the bottom slot. i also cut a hole in the bottom of the filter box through the metal it sits on above the wheel well. i attached a flange to the air box at the hole i cut in the bottom.i connected a flexible intake duct to the flange, then ran the duct to that slot in the bottom of the bumper.

sorry for the confusion. i confused myself too..

im getting one soon and wanting to know what i could do to get more air into the airbox. plus any installation tips? befo or after?
