Use a baseball bat. Did you drop your car? I have 20's and they don't rub at all. What size are your tires?

I got 245/35's with a 42MM offset. Seriously, use a baseball bat. I did it to a friends Jag and it worked out fine. Hold the barrell of the bat and use the handle to roll the fender. Stick it inbetween the tire and fender, angle it with a little bit of pressure and start rolling the bat.

I used a portable torch some rags and a bucket of cold water to roll my fenders on my Accord. Just go over the fender with the torch, keeping it at moderate distance and use the rags and water to push back the fender. Worked like a charm.
