Looking to buy an '03 CTS!

So I'm looking to buy a Cadillac CTS 2003 with under 70K miles. I can't decide whether to go black or white? I'm also looking to put some rims on the car once I get it. I was told by a dealer that 20's would scrape the wheel rims on sharp turns and reduce the ride quality considerably. Anyone have these problems. Overall, are you all satisfied with your '03 CTS? I've wanted one for a looooong time now. Thanks for your comments and help!

My 20's don't scrape at all, my car is not lowered either. As far as ride it does reduce the smootheness a little but I wouldn't call it considerably. I hardly notice the difference when I switch back to the 17's for the winter. It's worth the tradeoff for me at least. I've been very satisfied with my 03 so far, it's been to the dealer 1 time in the year I have owned it and that was to fix a blown speaker (probably my fault for playing it at max volume) and to get rid of the grey bezel on the 03.

color depends on what you can keep clean. i have a black and i can always see imperfections but once its waxed and everything, black imo looks the best. the dealer is just trying to scare you. plenty of the people on these forums have 20's and they are lowered. you might have to roll your fenders but thats it. welcome to the boards

If know and enjoy waxing your car, get a black one.
If one car wash a week is good enough for you go with the white one.
I would go for an 04 instead of an 03. They made ALOT of changes when the 04 came out. It's got a completley different engine.
I was in the same predicament at this time last year and opted for an 04.
Was looking for a silver one with just a sunroof but got a pretty good deal on a silver one with every option.
Just shop around.

20" pimpin... i lost some ride quality and i only feel rub when the car is full of people and i go off a big dip.

I'll sell mine. Borla exhaust, volant intake, LED interior and exterior lighting, custom floor mats, winter floor mats. 29,000 miles.

Diamond white, the only way to go!
