18 and blow me. if you feel the need to be involved in a thread again go to V forum and try posting over there.

as for this thread, guess what, i guess its not that unorthodox--the gm racing boys did it on a CTS-v... guess what, CTSv is a cts on steriods. so a wing on a cts must have come to mind of more than one person; and i bet more than one person has proposed it.

it was a request for a photoshop.
purpose of a photoshop? to get an idea as to what something will look like.
kinda like a blueprint--you get a basic idea of what it would look like and decide if its worthy of further examination or worthy of the dumpster.

in this case, it looked aright on the vr but that car is black with graphics, lowered, a different hood, and a few other appearance mods that a cts/ctsv doesnt have. It looks like shit on a regular cts, I AGREE

i got to see it with my own eyes and now i can get passed it.

i'm sure someone out of the 7 BILLION other people in the world have wondered what this would look like. With this thread, and Smokin 04's picture, they have an idea. As i understand, the purpose of this forum is to give insight and information to those seeking it.
now someone else on the WWW pondering this combination will have a new perspective. They owe thanks to myself for bringing it up and Smokin 04 cts for his time spent photoshopping the picture.

sorry nikon, read ur post and i just flipped. Nothing personal against u.

i just dont cope well with people trying to give me shit

It not a big deal, its not like you have it on your car and are talking about how much Hp its added or something..

I do admit, it was funny seeing it on the CTS, but it was worth the laugh. Glad you came to your senses.

As far as the body of the CTS is concerned, I think its better left untouched. The only mods to the car itself (aside from wheels and internals) should be OEM parts (Grills, bumpers from the factory). Its definately not an aftermarket friendly car, especially with things like universal wings.

Don't take it personal, Kid. Lots o' wing haters here. Still a free country. Until we're all forced by the Gestapo to ride 'round in identical lookin', battery powered kiddie cars... build the car of your dreams. That's what America is all about. Silver Baron had one on his. Don't recall a lot of people givin' him grief 'bout that. Maybe that's 'cause he has the b*lls to run his at the Targa Newfoundland.

I love wings, they belong on planes and cars that need it. I havent had any problems with rear stability on the track, I think my downforce is fine.

As far as looks, I would drive it around for a bit just for fun, to get some stares (and probably some laughs) but I wouldnt want to own it. At least the V has the power to back it up, unlike many a honda.
