Re: HID vendor please ?

Intensehid.com seems to be a pretty good company. Serveral other members have used them too... that is where I got the idea.
I paid $260 shipped. The baslast seem to be high quality.

I got the 5000k - where white...very bright.
If I had to order again, I would get the 6000k for a blueish tint.

Re: HID vendor please ?

yeah...I am going with the HIDs...I talked to 03CTS about it
and he told me the mod was great and worth the trouble in
the install...I just would like to get the best lights at the best
price..I am doing the research but need your input since
some of you guys have done this already...

I sent Jon a pm..I am hoping he chimes in to this post soon...

I like the HID with a bluish hue to them also...

Re: HID vendor please ?

So... this statement concerns me...

IMPORTANT NOTE: xxxxxxx does not endorse any illegal use of the HID conversion kits. Due to recent regulatory developments, DOT/NHTSA prohibits the use of HID Retrofit system on highway or public road in USA.

How many people get tickets doing this conversion?

I'm going to do it anyway, but just wondering.

Considering the CTS has a HID upgrade...what matter does it make, they would never know if it was factory or not.

For what it's worth..

http://www.toppsi.com/index.php?cPat...qi2mca6g4kn707

Got my fog light HID's from them. Good quality.

I used 6,000K for both low-beams(9006) and fogs(9005).

Re: HID vendor please ?

Yeah go with 6000K, really no need to go above that. You'll just get more color and dimmer light. Far as companies, try www.xenondepot.com, www.xenonking.com or www.xenonpros.com.
