    I am happy that the warranty is longer on the CTS. Makes me believe the CTS offers more quality

    Get an 05 300 and enjoy the 7/70 warranty. Of course, that would be moot if a used 05 already has a year and 15,000 miles on it.

    They both have great engines. I love the Chrysler 3.5 for how stupidly easy and cheap it is to work on.

    Noteworthy, for those who care: The CTS is made and engineered in the US, from American parts, by American workers. The 300 is made in Canada with a fair number of German components.

    I wonder how interior volume compares.

    CTS isn't much more American then the 300. It has a German rear end, French trannsmission, Italian brakes, etc...And while it is assembled in the US, it was tuned extensively in Germany.
