Probably a good comparison; both are coupes, have a convertible hardtop, and are around the same price. Lets hear some opinions...
Personally, I believe the more masculine car is definetly the XLR, but the SC430 has some nice lines. I'm frankly torn and can afford neither car so it doesn't matter:rant2: ...
Cadillac XLR is a 2 seat vehicle built on the Corvette chassis. Quick, agile and luxurious.
Lexus SC430 is a 4 seat (albeit very tiny) vehicle built to look quick and agile. It is neither. However it is very luxurious and the interior is, IMO, light years ahead of the XLR.
So in summation, like to go fast? Get the Caddy. Like to look fast? Get the Lexus.
Want the more "sporty" feeling car? Go for the XLR (and much more rare, for some reason). Want the more luxurious feeling car? Go for he SC430.. Both cars turn heads everywhere they go - but like I said, the XLR is very rare in comparison... I wonder why...
XLR no question 'bout that !
SC 430 is a bit ultimate definition of how to rip buyers' money off their pocket claiming it's a sports car ....Not any two seats are sports car at all
4 out of 5 hairdressers believe the SC430 is the better car.
