Indeed! Even if a BMW or MB suffers from more mechanical and electrical issues, you still -feel- like a million bucks stepping into and driving it. These qualities build loyalty just as much as dependability.

Sorry you guys but the new sts looks 10 times better than the new gs 430. I dont care if you push a button to start the car that thing has the ugliest front end ever, from all sides it looks exactly like the maxima. I would rather get the sts. My opinion

I do see the new GS as a little less comfortable than the previous model. So maybe Lexus is moving in the same direction as Cadillac - running after BMW. I think that would be a mistake for Lexus.. I think they should keep focused on comfort - but that's just me. STS or GS? I'd certainly take the STS. There are definitely qualities in the GS, though. Get in, close the door and that muffled thump is the last thing you'll hear outside the car... It's very well-built.

The new GS Lexus is nice.. But dosent do anything for me.. I loved the last gen but this one just isent eye catching to me the same way... I parked my STS Next to the new GS the otherday and said to myself damn i love my Cadi LOL.. Lexus will never have the "soul" or the name a cadi or Benz does to me.. Lexus just isent my style for themost part but the LS430 is very nice, their cars are wonderfuly built tho.. I own a 2003 E500 also and i would drive my STS over it anyday. So i guess its just all up to what your looking for in a car.. Lexus is a softer blander car IMO nice daily driver but dosent do anything for me when it comes 2 "soul" or moding a car and i have to mod anything i own !LoL

Katshot, I won't get into this argument, I haven't drivin the Lexus and probably won't.

I just was wondering, have you ever started a thread that was positive about Cadillac, and if so when, and what percentage of your posts do you think ignore the positives and point out the negatives? They don't even build those Aviators anymore, do they?
