I hate the new BMWs. BOYCOTT THEM! The M5 used to be subtle but now it has lame side vents and it isn't even available with a regular manual transmission. It isn't handbuilt like the first two generations of M5s. It also isn't available as a wagon like the second generation M5.

ehh...the 7 series isn't my taste of BMW. I like the old style of the E38s but atleast the lines on this one is more subtle. My preference for BMWs would be the m3, m5 or 330ci.

    This is a REAL BMW. A 94 M5 with a 3.8 340 hp I-6.

    Another real BMW. A 2001 M5 with a 4.9 394 hp V-8.

A 2000 M5 (different headlights and taillights and interior)

These cars just don't scream, "look at my BMW!" like the new M5 does with its side vents and Kia Rio taillights.

Note: the BMW pictured is an 04 525i

Normally you would think it would be easier to improve on "hideous" but this new 7 is equally crappy.

I dunno... I mean, they got rid of the "bangle-bustle", and the smoothing out of it is welcome... but at the same time now its sort of obscure...

I like this latest version better than the previous "latest version" - the current model. Smoothing it out helps, in my opinion...
