Wow that last shot looks very Ferrari-esque. They did everything right with that cars exterior, including the matching headlamp coloring, rather than having the typical stark grey or black. Its missing steering wheel audio controls oddly enough.

if you are getting into the throttle and the rpm's get above 3500 or so, there is a vacuum switch that opens a pipe that runs virtually straight through the muffler, i can't wait to hear the sound of 500 unmolested horsepower

just one more reason not to use the radio

its proabably more akin to nissans muffler system ....

no vaccum lines at all , its justa spring loaded flapper valve that as enough exaust pressure goes up against the flap it will open

I belive its been standard on the maxima for 5 years now , also comes on the SER and altima cars ......called variable capacity muffler

That steering wheel reminds me of one off CTSv, without buttons.

here is what car and driver says, "When you stomp on the throttle and exceed 3500 rpm, however, vacuum-powered bypasses open up a second, virtually straight-through tailpipe in each muffler. That sound will be worth the wait."

i don't know what you think, but i think this should sound pretty sweet

You know, there will be people trying to "fix" theirs in constantly open position. I bet it'd sound cool idling too.

I think the new Corvette Z06 is AWESOME! The three spoke steering wheel should be standard. Too bad more car manufacturers don't back their cars in racing.

    Check out these links:

It will have more performance than the 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Coupe but the Viper is still cool.
