    Eldorado ESC vs Eldorado ETC

I was just wondering if anybody has ever actually witnessed an eldorado esc race an eldorado etc and what the outcome was. Supposedly they go from 0 to 60 in the same time and complete the quarter mile at the same time according to the reviews I have read on some wb sites. I know the ESC makes more low end power and has slightly more torque. I read that the extra power that the ETC makes comes into effect after 5000 RPM's and actually makes less power than the ESC before then. One also has to take into effect the ESC's 3.11 gearing vs. the ETC's 3.71 gearing. If I had to guess I would say the ESC might have the jump and keep up with the ETC to 60 but then the extra horsepower in the high RPM range would take over and the ETC would slowly walk away. I think this would be an interesting race to watch.

You're exactly correct. The ESC is faster out of the hole, but by the time 60 is here, the ETC would have passed him and will keep pulling away.
