This form has always been helpful and I would value your opinion on my V replacement. Before you ask, issues with the rear end, etc. have me pushed me over the edge. Here is what I am considering, any thoughts or other suggestions near the same price point???
    Thanks.

If you ever need to fit adults or older children in the backseat then I'd go with the M45. Otherwise, the 335i.

Infinity M45 is a nice size car. Reliable.

BMW like Mercedes is having a ton of quality control/design problems, especially Mercedes. Part of it is that the Mercedes mechanics cannot keep up with the technology. Lots of return visits for recurring problems.

BMW has at least front suspension problems.

Lexus and Infinity are my recommendations.

    Re: V Replacement

    I replaced my V with a 335i. I'm VERY happy with it.

One option I got with my 335i is a folding rear seat. You can't get this on an Infiniti or a Lexus. I used this all the time with my V (carried a bike) so getting a new car without it wasn't an option.

    Re: V Replacement

I drove a 335i and was very impressed. The thickly bolstered, low radius wheel is perfect and the shift action is likewise. It is pretty small, however. I walked about a quarter of a mile out of my way one day because I saw on in a parking lot. They look absolutely sexy. Right now I'm back and forth between an S4 and a 335i. I think the Audi feels higher quality than the 335i, just my opinion. The 335i is way more fun though.

Just wait for the M3...unless you don't mind seeing the taillights of your old car. And let's not talk about chipping the 335. We know.
