Angry No High Beams

I was playing with my high beams noticing that when I had the Fog lights on and turned on the High Beams that the Fog lights went off. I understand why this occurs after reading some of the other threads, however now my High Beams won't go on anymore, even with the Fog lights off? The dealer thinks it's my bulbs and wants me to pay $150 to replace them! I think it's a fuse, but I'm not sure how to tell if one of these is bad? any ideas?

Regards

It's possible, but odds are you dont blow 2 at the same time(unless there's an issue somewhere). As for $150 to change bulbs? It's so simple, so dont even go there. I myself am leaning towards the high/low beam switch, but the bulbs could be blown. You can get a decent set at Autozone for like $25 and take 15 min's of your time.
