Coolant Light

The past two mornings when I've gotten in my Cat the Coolant Light has stayed on for like a minute or until i pump the gas a few times then goes off and doesnt come back on until the next morning after sitting up over night. It has been extremely cold here in Memphis so is this something weather related or something I should look to be causing me trouble within the near future?? Other than that the car is running like a champ w/ZERO problems

Not any more... Mine did that when I would head to work. It would stay on for around a minute until I reached about 30 mph. You probably need the oil cooler done.

That just means you are low on coolant. The light will go off for awhile and then it will stay on as you lose more. It's common on these cars, mine does the same thing. It only loses a little bit before the light comes on. Just add some more.
