Downstream And Upstream Sensor

i need to buy an oxygen sensor for my catera 2000. *bank 1 sensor 1* but im confused about which one? i know i have to buy the pre-converter one. But some is $98 and another is $235....is there a big difference in quality...and is the universal type the one to buy???? my radio still clicks on and off tooooo? also wat wires do i put together in order to make my brake pad light go out. the brakes r fine...
