    keep alive memory

    I Have A 99 Catera. It Had A Dead Battery This Morning. I Jump Started It And Had A Check Engine Light So I Retrieved The Code P0603, Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory Error. Does Anyone Know What This Means? Thanks .....tk

    ...nope.
    But would assume that it means its gonna keep your radio presets, seat position settings, garage door opener signal in the mirror if your car is so equipped......
    Probably means theres a little juice in the battery, just to prevent all the information stored in the cars computer to be wiped out. Get a new battery and your gonna be screwd if you've achieved that 'perfect seat position'......
