Ebay Headlights Revisited

Hi,
Sorry guys I know there's lots of threads on headlights, but most of them seem to be pretty old!
We just bought a pair of these http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=320070492928 clear projector headlight sets from ebay(eurolightsforless) and they look great, however experiencing problems with passengers side low beams working great and drivers side low beams being very dim, with both high beams working, ended up grounding the drivers side against the battery which fixed the problem with the drivers side, both hi & lo work, now i've lost both hi & lo on my passengers side? Any ideas? Perhaps the wiring diagram may be of help?

When I finally get them both working then I need to aim/align them, but adjusting the two hex screws doesn't seem to make any difference. Ideas?
