Please ...... Hood Latch Assembly ?

98 Catera........what else. Has anyone had problem with hood latch coming loose and falling off ? All I can find is the spring, cupped washer and what looks like a threaded hex nut / washer. It appears as if the latch/pin just came unscrewed from hood. Also where could I possibly find a new or used latch / pin or parts that mount onto hood ? Any help would be appreciated ! Also, if anyone has a picture of their hood showing the latch, it would really help me understand how this thing goes back.
