im not sure if this is normal or not but, whenever im turnin and step on the gas it burn the rubber but then it seems the gas doesnt get there or something, im not sure how to explain it but is it the same with everyones cat?

The default for TCS is "on". You can disable it by pressing the "TCS OFF" button, and then you will get a light.
