Not really... the 2000 was when most things were fixed. Past 100k a tuneup is due for the Catera.
EBTCM may go bad, the heater coolant control valve can crack and leak... shouldnt have to worry about the oil cooler. Has it had its timing belt, tensioners and waterpump changed? 100+ miles is time for it to be replaced per maintenance requirements. Oil in the sparkplug boots or dripping down on bellhousing = needs a valvecover gasket or both. Look for abnormal tyre wear if any. Make sure sport mode works and the transmission shifts fine.
