Retiring for now

Remove this ad
Well guys and girls we no longer own the 97 Catera. After 270K miles of faithful service it has been sold. I sold it to my mother-in-law so her oldest granddaughter can get her permit and tear it up ummm I mean learn to drive.
We let it go for $1500. What a steal!
If anyone near Florence Alabama sees a white catera with a bra on it driving bad...let me know. I will wring her neck next time I see her.

Weird thing, everything worked on the car. When I signed the title over, the ashtry opened and won't close. I heard it drop.

Re: Retiring for now

One tranny at 72K. Was replaced under warranty but was probably just a stuck solinoid. Burn oil? It would use about 1/4 qt in 5000 miles. Never changed oil sooner than 5K.
