I own a 1997, that just developed a power steering leak. I put some Lucas stop leak in, that seemed to slow it if not fix it. I cannot tell if it is still leaking as it is too damn cold to be out there playing with a car . But occasionally i still smell the fluid burning but everything looks pretty dry. I think it is just burning the remainer off of it. Have to see. But, um yeah I own a Catera, lol

Count on it, when it's cold like this, my cars leak everything but applejuice! I had to snug up 2 rad hose clamps today, never leaked a month ago!
I have to admit I'm a little disappointed that there isn't more traffic on this site, especially compared to the Yahoo site. I get tired of all the intrusive ads on that site, and yes, I realize that is what Yahoo is all about. Oh, yeah, we have a 2000 Sport and I think the Catera is the best kept secret in the automotive world. Then again, we traded a 95 Transport on the Caddie, so maybe that explains some of my enthusiasm?
i've got a 'project' 97 catera.....just got in from the freezing weather after cleaning off the battery terminals and trying to get the rear seat all hooked up and back in.....right now the battery is charging.....
gotta replace the valve cover gasket on the left hand side this spring/summer...that will be a treat :-/ lol
