Possible to change the color of the dash lights?

I recently got to cruise in a '06 Camry with these sweet blue gauge lights.

I'm curious, is it possible to swap out the orangish dash lights (the ones you see the speedometer as when it's dark, not the warning lights) with different colors?

If so, where could I find information on how to do this?
