Difference Between The 98' and 99' Catera

What is the difference between the 1998 and the 1999 catera. I found a Hypertech chip for the 1999-2001 Catera, but I thought that the 97-99 were the same. Please help.

97-98 dont have electronic throttle like the 99-01's do. Along with that there are slight cam changes, torque converter changes, computer programming changes, ABS/TC upgrades, more advanced emission controls. Those are the main reasons why it wouldnt work.

Hypertech makes a chip for the Catera? I cant seem to find it...
