Pretty certain most things will, but the Omega's suspension was tweeked for America and that might have an effect somehow. Besides that, there are various small things that I or anyone else know of.
Radio is different, climate control is too. It has Onstar which is an assistance network setup in America, like Mercedes COMMAND.
