2001 Timing Belt TSB/Recall?

I came across a thread which made it sound like there was/is a recall and/or TSB regarding the timing belt/tensioner/idler pulley for the 2000-2001 Catera. I know there was a recall on the '97-'98 models, but I couldn't determine if the info. regarding the later years is true or not. Can someone confirm? Also, is there a way to find out what recalls and GM-reimbursed service has been done on a car? I bought mine used, and I don't have the complete history. The prior owner did tell me that "$1000 worth of gaskets" were replaced (his words) under warranty because of an oil leak (valve gaskets, probably?). I'd love to be able to confirm what, exactly, was done. Thanks!

I came across a message in the archives which referred to some work done to a 2000 under campaign 020410 (belt, pulleys, tensioner). Does this campaign also apply to the 2001 model year? If so, do I just call my dealer and ask them to perform this service?
