    coolent leak on engine

    i just got the anti freeze button turned on and i took it to the shop and they said i should take it to cadillac dealership and that the problem is i have a coolent leak on engine. left side of the engine. i am taking the car mondey and was just wondering if anybody had same problem and if they knew approximetly how much the part is. the guy at the shop that i took the car to check on it said it would be very expensive.

    i am starting to hate my cadillac. first seats stop working and half of my car doesnt give heat now this.

    A coolant leak on the left side of the engine sounds like maybe an uper radiator hose. I have never had this problem, mines is a 98.
