    2000 Catera Starting Issue

I have an odd problem with this Catera. Hopefully someone has seen this before.
When I try to start the car I can see that all the belts and pulleys are spinning,
But that is all that is happening. The engine is not turning over. It seems like the engine
may be seized up. Is there any hope for this one ?

Complete impossibility. The belts move because the engine moves them. Your engine may not be starting, but it isn't because it's seized. Check for engine codes but chances are it's the Crankshaft Position Sensor. Search the forum stickies for details.
