Upper oil pan removal
Hello Fellow Forum Folks! Need some help here so I'm hoping that someone will respond. I have oil leaking from rear of oil pan, its a constant leak that continues to leak after weeks of just sitting in the drive way so I'm ruling out the rear main seal. I've drained oil from pan and its been sitting for another week and no oil is leaking. Umm imagine that! So I've been searching other threads here on the subject and haven't found a definitive answer of the removal procedure. I don't have a manual or All-data, but I know some of you folks out there do cause the all-data procedure for removing the lower oil pan sump was posted previously. Posting the upper oil pan removal procedure will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Re: Upper oil pan removal
Hello, and no that doesn't help. I found that earlier and it only covers the lower oil pan sump. My Major leak is the upper portion that actually connects to the block. With an overall assessment I'm concluding that I may have to lift the engine up hopefully without having to disturb any other components. I just wish I had detailed information before I spend all my time pulling the engine out just to find out I didn't.
