Can anyone show/tell me how to use the stock jack on a CATERA

I was driving down the road one day and BOOM !!!, I have a flat tire, so I pulled over the side of the road, pop the trunk open to get the jack and I have never seen such a Thing a Ma Jig.
I got the 98 Catera about 6 months ago from a dealer and loved it. So far its holding pretty good and this Forum had helped me fixing some minor problems.Unfortunately when I purchased it, it did not come with the manual for me to see how to use the Jack.

yahoo just doesn't accept 17MB file. You're gonna have to download it from the GM site.
