The Fog Lamp problem is the "Fog Lamp Relay" it is located on a relay and fuse panel that is under the dashboard. If you look real hard it's there somewhere, you'll need a flash light and a lot of standing on your head.
There's a link to "Auto Parts" somewhere on this site, however if you can't locate the link the page address is
https://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/mak,CADILLAC You'll find the relay if you search the rockauto page for acdelco d1702a and the cost is $16.49
I'd like to fix mine as the problem is a transistor that I haven't been able to identify.
Best regards

Any ideas??? Fuse? Relay? Bad Unit?
At least I know the AC works...doesn't seem to have anything wrong with the compressor, fan, etc...
HELP!!!
Also, the fog lights will not come on. The button works and the light on the dash comes on, but the fog lights themselves will not come on. Any suggestions???
