    Why ?

Please do NOT post questions in Cadillac Tech Tips - That's a "How-to" forum, not "How do I ?"

Since I've been welcomed:: just a couple of threads: I've found that my Caddi will ride a Lil smoother if I'd used Dextrin 4... Replacing Rear Rotors and Breaks are find however replacing the ABS/TC sensor may get my speedometer to translate, not to mention working on the glitches in the Bose System keeps shutting dwn ... Not shabby for this 99 with 147,300mils... Just sayin stock OEM PARTS!!! Haven't Nip Tucked Yet...

Changing your transmission fluid will have no effect on how the car drives. And DEX 4 is outdated. We're at 6 now.

    Re: Caddi Tricks

cra, Cough up a few bucks and take a look at a multi-year subscription - for your car - to www.alldatadiy.com. It's the GM service manuals plus so much more info that you need to study the site to find it all.

GM/Helm service manuals are expensive now (www.helminc.com), and Haynes/Chilton (parts stores) are simply too generic.

This thread is now leaving the "modified look" general questioning field and is getting into specific systems and maintenance. Moving to the Past Models, Catera forum .................... hold onto your hats ..............
