I'm not sure about the bulb but there are also some projector headlights on the uk ebay site, along with a bodykit, but for those lights i emailed her and she said $269.00 us for the pair and 4-5 days for shipping.

So is the omega and the catera pretty much the same car?

From what i heard, it's exactly the same car with different badging.

Yes Omega and Catera are the same ( Catera was modified by cadillac but is still identical except for some structual changes, design, and other minor things).

Those headlights would fit, but you need a ballast that plugs into the existing non-HID harness, as well as an D2S Bulb (if I recall) - It might say what it takes on the housing. Maybe an aftermarket add on kit would be best here...
