    Pulling a trailer

I have a 1999 Catera and we are looking at moving from Ontario to Halifax and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the Catera will pull a 6 X 12 U-Haul trailer or is this trailer to big. We don't have the hitch yet because I am not sure if my car will pull that size trailer.

Too big. The towing capacity of the Catera is 1000 lbs. The 6 x 12 has a GVW of 4400 lbs with a capacity of 2480 lbs. The empty weight alone is 1920 lbs. You need a pretty hefty truck.

I thought that it would be to big but just wasn't sure. Glad I didn't go and get a hitch installed. Thanks for the info.
