    Removing gas tank

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to remove a gas tank from a 1999 Cadillac Catera. I have a problem with filling the car with gas and I want to see if the vent tube is blocked but I can't get to it. I tried taking off the inside right panel in the trunk but the wheel well stops me from seeing the tank. I figure if I take it to a Cadillac dealer it's going to cost me a fortune.
