98 Catera heater not warm and front heated seats dont work help

I have a 98 Catera and the heater doesnt work well. I start her up and let her warm up, seeing as its winter where I'm from. But I barely get any heat. I set it on 60 And I believe that it could Be warmer, because when I put it at 90 it isn't even close to that. If I leave something on the pedal or if I go on the highway for about 15 miles it will get a little warmer, bit nothing to get cozy with. My front heated seats don't work either(light turns on, seats don't get warm) so I'd like to have a warm car. What is wrong and what do I need to fix it. Also any info on my front heated seats would be great, thanks.

First, feel the heater hoses and see if they are getting hot. If not, could be your thermostat is probably stuck. If the hoses are hot, it could be a number of things. Your heater core could be clogged. Your heater bypass valve could be stuck on bypass. Your heater actuator for blending the hot air with cool air to get to the temperature you set could be broken.
