And while your looking for it, find someone who can turn lead into gold! If they are willing to try to fix it and can, they will be expensive. The cars a re awful! I had a Caddy owner tell me that the quote repairs very high to discourage owners from bring their car's to her dealership. She said it isn't worth their aggravation to deal with the cars.

Dealers honestly don't like working on these cars. Fix one thing and something else goes wrong. Then the blame starts!

I live in SoCal and really haven't had a problem getting my '98 Catera serviced. Most reputable shops are familiar with the car. Check out reviews on Yelp, etc. I've honestly never had any trouble with my Catera, but I've taken good care of her.

It seems the cateras are harder to fix the l300, is that true?
Shops don't seem to like it too much, I've called a few.

Greg Allen is a good Catera mechanic, I have been there a few times and he is good.
He does a lot of Cateras
