Please HELP i have catera with 147000 miles on it
have all cylinder misfiring, car shakes and idle jumping. its driving fine on the road and accelerate fine!!!!!
when i check obd2 got codes misfire cylinder 1,3,5 and 6 also have p0300 witch is random misfire
i reset code, drove for few miles got 2,3,5 and 6 misfire + p0300
8k miles ago oem spark plugs replaced and coil pack on 1,3,5 cylinder twice due to misfire.
but when i have 1,3,5 problem, obd2 was showing me misfire only 1,3,5 and engine didn't shake like that!
also timing belt was replaced around 10k ago, when i did it, i missed 1 tooth so had to start over but engine just have hight rmp and metallic noise not like now!!!!!!
today i thought that maybe gas not good (had a quart of tank ) I refueled tank
drove for a mile with A/C one got on parking lot and saw a different!!! look like its running fine now, but as soon as i turned off A/C got everything back !!!!

    Re: All cylinder misfire

could be timing belt just got lose
    cuz i didn't replaced tensioner
and also i think, if timing got split it would split on one side and misfire would be on 1,3,5 or 2,4,6 cylinder not the whole engine cuz its V shape engine
but maybe i wrong, last time when i had 1 tooth lose it was metallic nose, now its nothing. just shakes
Could be fuel pump or fuel regulator ??????
i just dont want to by $50 gauge just to test one time and its end by not be fuel pump problem
it do throwing white exhaust (its not dark)

    PS.
sorry for my English - im not from USA

    Re: All cylinder misfire

    PROBLEM SOLVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heater Control Valve got broke in side and was pushing coolant in air hose where was mixing with air, then with fuel in cylinder, and was giving me multiply misfire. Heater Control Valve and coolant was replaced but wright after that, got that low oil pressure like on the day i left shop that was dealing with me misfire. So i just drain oil for like an hour and filled with (Walmart Super Tech 15W-40, AcDelco filter). Now works fine. i still not sure if 15W-40 fixed the problem but i can tell when I was draining oil it was really thin just like Coca-Cola and oil cap was look like i got blow head gasket.
I will still track result. And will post any changes
    Thanks to every body !!!!!!!
