Ac not cold
My AC is not blowing cold air just slightly cool. Is there a charge kit I can buy?

You can get a recharge "kit" at most any parts store, even Walmart. But the little gauges are next to worthless, and you'll only know the low side pressure. To properly diagnose and recharge the system, you need a "real" set of gauges, a vacuum pump to evacuate the system, and the knowledge to use them. The propped way to recharge is by weight, not pressure.
Also, if you are low on refrigerant, you have a leak.

Re: Ac not cold
I just had the whole engine dismantled for head gasket job and the only leak I have after that job is coolent but its very small leak.
I just did a 9 hour road trip with not one problem. Didn't over heat or anything wrong.

If the refrigerant is low, either it wasn't charged properly, or there is a leak.
you'll have to get a gauge set on there to check pressure, and if the system is operating correctly.
