    Fuel injectors

I'm just curious to know if CTS fuel injectors can be used in a 98 catera engine. Will there be any noticeable performance differences? If so, what year CTS injectors should I look for?

    Thanks.

    Re: Fuel injectors

I got the ones out of 3.2L CTS installed into my 3.0L combined with some porting and polishing, and we got a slight bump in power, and more of a smoothing effect in the areas where the multi ram operates... also I have upgraded the Fuel Pressure Regulator to the CTS one as well which is 3.8bar compared to the stock 3.0bar....

Fuel economy remains about the same, but power above the 6000rpm mark seems up... and the engine feels more lively...

    Re: Fuel injectors

Its on the fuel line itself that attaches to the injectors... and a lot of times you can get them off ebay with the injectors still on the fuel rail... its a simple swap too!
