Rear shock swap for 99 Catera

I'm looking to see what the least expensive(not that anything is inexpensive with the Catera) way to replace the rear shocks on my 99 Catera along with possibly getting rid of the stupid blinking leveling light. My compressor keeps going on and off which I'm sure is due to a small air leak that I can't seem to track down. So Now I'm thinking about replacing the rear shocks as a whole. Any suggestions?

    jdeem33 welcome.

Elvin315 has done an extensive post on suspension upgrades. Try searching and if I come across I will update as well.

People have also disabled the level control by fixing the level control sensor arm in place so the system thinks it is always level and the pump never starts. There is again a post on that as follows,

I have not done these changes myself so cannot provided first hand experience.

    Good luck.
