So i have a nice set of 20's on my car right now and i love them but I have to get rid of them because i can not afford to maintain them on crappy Indiana roads. Every time I hit a bad pothole or uneven roadwork areas or the likewise i bend the damn things. So anyways I am in the market for a new set of wheels. I want to keep in the 16-18" range. Possibly 19's but that's pushing it. Right now i am seriously considering some bbs rkII's or some MOMO racers. Both wheels are discontinued. The MOMO's are quite a bit heavier (35.5+/- vs the bbs which were in the low to mid 20lbs range.) What would that do tot he ride/handling quality? I am also open to other suggestions. I love the look of a lip, shallow or deep and i am a real sucker for black with a chrome lip (i don't care for the cheesy polished lip on a black rim usually). Just so you get an idea this is how the car sits now.

Get yourself a used set of saab areo wheels 17" bbs you can find for 2-300 or as I did cobalt ss rims!! the saab bbs wheels are 2 piece so you can seperate them and paint them! I had to paint the insets on the ss cobalt wheels. the offset is slightly differant, but I think look nice! and you can fine the 18 ss cobalts in the gunmetal!!
