Catera v-updates

Remove this ad
A few changes have been made this summer. New steering wheel Momo, sparco opel hub required. Catera Sport cluster. New engine cover modified a 2010 Camaro part. Required a new tower to tower brace to be fabricated. Catera MV6 installed hid headlights, black eyebrow and other headlight black outs. Also new cornering lights.-

Re: Catera v-updates

i saw those steering wheels on UKebay and was wondering bout picking one up but the lack of airbags kept me from it... It looks amazing though. Plus those headlights really make it sharp! And under the hood is just indescribeable!

Re: Catera v-updates

Kind of a catch 22-If you wear seat belts you don't need airbags. If you have airbags you need to wear your seatbelts.

Which ones did you get?

There are Halogen H1 that came stock on all 2000-2001
There are also HID D2S that came on the Sports from 2000-2001
And finally there are the aftermarket which I think suck.
The projectors that they use are nowhere near where the OEM ones are.
And the OEMs on both halogen and HID versions are crappy!

I agree, the ones on my Catera aren't anywhere as nice as the ones you have, and mine is a 2000. Though I haven't cleaned them, they yellowed from the FL sun.
