Notice how the seller carries a turbo kit for very car under the sun and they all look the same; and all for $400 too.

I agree and he also has a bigger kit which is about $1000.

Generic kit, its got going to bolt on the catera... no room and its not made/tested for it.

One thing I wonder is how do you control fuel delivery with the increased boost levels?

Otherwise in europe there was a company that sold a small remote mounted turbo kit which ran 4psi and it was good for around 250hp on a stock motor, but the hp/torque curves were fattened to where it gave the car a serious stab even in the lower revs... enough to make it a small sleeper.
