P0172/P0175 & Hard shifting

Hello,

I have a 2000 Cat, and about a month or so a go I replaced the MAF do to another issue, now I get a P0172 and P0175 and some times it shifts hard not all the time.

any one have any ideas what may be having a problem.

Droped my car off at a local auto shop, He called me and told me my issue has to do with the gas filtter. He is also going to clean my injectors.

I had a very similar issue with my 1998 catera- (same codes) the engine check light came on too; it would run then die on me a couple times a day- in the summer. I took apart the MAF- put it back together, cleaned the air filter and checked the gas cap. Then, I disconnected the battery- reconnect (to zero out the sys.) then started the car and the light stayed off and the car still runs fine 6mo later. I have no $$$ to put back into this car- I still like it vry much- so I practice a lil tlc and pray. Sontov

I had to replace the MAF a second time, I was told the first one I put in was bad, but the second one when it was on the scaner showed the line was up and down like it had a hart. The other day the light came back on the naxt day the light went off and is still off now that was three days now. The Radio now turns on and off when it want's, and I think my AC is not working.
