looking for BLUE front bumper assy. and right fender

You, know on my VIN and registration, the Ocean color, is considered a blue... Go figure

lol well mines dark blue not the ocean blue, ive seen a bunch of ocean blue parts but not dark blue ones

I got an Ocean, but it's Ocean GREEN. I miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight have seen another one that same color, but they're not dime-a-dozen like burgundy or black

You know its green, I know its green, but my registration says its blue...I dunno. Did you notice though in the right lighting it really does look blue? I'll post a pic of my 97(once I fix the damn plastic panel between pass side windows), it's probably the same color as yours.
