97 Cat wont stay running

Just Got my 97 all back together turned the key no fuel pump no spark. So I put in a crank sensor. I now have fuel pressure and the car starts for 2 to 3 seconds then dies. I then have to wait about 5 min to get spark again. can any one point me in the right direction?
