I noticed their price just went up... the guy priced them at 75GBP + 15GBP Shipping to the UK. so thats 90GBP to ship it to him... if we gat a batch order of maybe 3... then shipping to the states is another 140GBP... and then shipping from here to wherever you guys are is going to cost us money too...

So the way I figured its around 140GBP/lip to ship it to the US...

1 British pound = 1.6429 U.S. dollars

SO thats around 230$/lip
Then shipping from here will probably another 20-30 so for around 250/lip I can have him order a couple and then have him ship them to me... but trust me the shipping is what kills the deal... sadly!

But I will be painting and putting mine on this weekend so I will be sure to post pictures...

When take into account how far the part has to travel, the price is not so bad. I wish I could afford it right now. If the offer is still availible in the next few months, I'll jump at it for sure.

Thanks man, thats probably the best looking lip for the Caddy front bumper... the cutouts seem to be designed after the fog lights because they align with them perfectly...

Next job is to trim the OEM bumper and to fit hoses for brake cooling! But more on that subject at another time

Used nothing but double sided 3M tape, all the way from the sides... then under the fog lights, and the entire front part of the bumper...
I had 2" Strips spaced 1" apart and once I put it on, it was impossible to remove for readjustment so if you ever try that method have 2-3 people helping you with he alignment before you let it touch the tape...

I wiggled it and pulled it as hard as I can and it wont come off. 100mph didnt help either lol!

Re: NEW! Front Lip and Rear Spoiler...

Do you think the tape would still hold during our winters? I plan to add a carbon fiber splitter to the bottom edge of mine. They generate a lot of downforce and I don't think the tape will be enough.

I'll probably drill through the tape and install stainless bolts & nylok nuts with large fender washers to spread the stress over a wider area. As expensive as these pieces of plastic are I want to make sure they stay put.

Re: NEW! Front Lip and Rear Spoiler...

Well from experiance when it gets hold the tape holds even harder... you ever try to remove something that has been taped in the winter... pretty much impossible. In fact to remove the old spoiler I had to leave it in the sun for a few hours so it got nice and soft.

BTW the front lip made the car very low, and I already scraped it once on the driveway so you be careful with the splitter... that thing is gonna be a nightmare especially when you have to pull into some of those gas stations...

Otherwise the tape will hold it on nicely but you can always add a few screws here and there for extra strength, it wont hurt!
