    My Local Caddy Dealer screws me again!

    I didn't buy my Cadillac off this dealer but I did buy a second key off them. That key that they forgot to program (that took two weeks) has no completely screwed me for the past few days.

    The key to my knowledge was programmed wrong, It worked for a while but now it trips the security (meaning you can only drive X number of kms before your car goes into protect and shuts down aka it stalls and runs a code to keep the car in second gear) The idiots at Bennet GM messed up the coding for the key even when it took two weeks!

    I know it's the key because the original keys still works fine no matter how far I drive it. I am sure I'll have fun with the guys at Bennet this week.

    This has frustrated me to a new level and is making me want to say goodbye to GM altogether.

    The coding of those keys is pretty tricky. While I agree that they should have done it right and need to have the opportunity to make it right for you.... it is hardly worth blaming all of GM for a car that was built by Opel many years ago.

    Yea, I'm not so much as blaming GM, more of just Bennet. (Dumb employees who are worried more about making a quota, than making a relationship)
