how to wire amp, sub and loc

I have a 99 Catera and want to add a sub and an amp. I have a loc, but I cannot find a proper way to wire all these together. If anyone knows the best way to wire these I could use your help. I will be keeping the factory amp and radio.
    Thanks for any help.

there is actually a connector you can buy that you wire into one of your rear speakers (just splice into your speaker wires so you can still get use from all speakers in your car) and it has your rca hookups for your amp. only thing is its bass/sound level will be adjusted from your stereo, but you can single adjust it from your amp as normal

then all you need to do is run a remote wire to your radio fuse or any fuse that turns on when your car is turned on, but make sure it shuts off when the car is off. if it does your amp will drain your battery
